i love this format! the only thing I think should be improved upon is the lighting,makes it very hard on the eyes.

This format is definitely more compelling and memorable. I do agree with the previous comment that it would be great to see Victoria more clearly. Also, the sound faded when she turned her head toward the screen - so I would perhaps put the mic closer to your mouth or on the right side of your attire, as you are turning to the right to face the screen.

Wonderful presentation! Visuals are awesome and clear. The audio was a bit faint perhaps due to my viewer device. Victoria is very articulate, informative and insightful!
