FEBRUARY
2007 to MARCH 2008
Some significant challenges,
mixed with equally favorable opportunities, await
you Pisceans in 2007. On the plus side, your urge
for personal freedom and liberty is very strong,
enabling you to steer your life in some unexpected
new directions. However, you must also deal with
changes in your career and general life direction
that can be quite stressful for you.
The planet Pluto is
currently nearing the completion of its 14-year
stay in Sagittarius where it totally transformed
how you manage your power, both your own and that
of others. Since transiting Pluto in Sagittarius
squares your natal Piscean Sun, you may have been
feeling a strong need for authority in your career.
This urge has perhaps led you to let go of a career
path or job that no longer reflects the professional
goals you have been struggling to manifest. Power
problems with superiors have also created issues
you may have faced with the course of this transit.
These themes will culminate this year, especially
for you Pisceans born between March 15th and March
21st. In January 2008, transit Pluto will enter
the sign of Capricorn, where it will form a lovely
sextile aspect to your natal Sun. With this placement
will sprout some long awaited benefits, both financial
and social, out of the seeds planted dur¬ing
the years Pluto transited Sagittarius.
While transit Neptune
in Aquarius makes no major aspect with your natal
Sun, this placement nevertheless enables you to
delve into the deep waters of your sub-conscious
mind, meditation, and other spiritual pursuits.
Those of you with birthdays between March 7th and
March 13th will be most susceptible to these feelings,
but all Pisceans will be influenced strongly during
this forecast year.
The most powerful transit for you continues to be
Uranus in your home sign, currently affecting those
Piscean natives born between March 4th and March
10th. Under this extremely excitable and energetic
transit you will most certainly feel the desire
to redefine old ways of being to “shine”
in a different manner. Additionally, you can experience
your already sensitive nervous system going into
hyper-drive, and you may find it somewhat difficult
to relax at times. To best use this planet’s
influence, find a way to direct this energy into
a new projects that require a unique approach or
perspective.
For most of 2007,
while transiting Saturn is in the sign of Leo, it
is making no major aspect with your Piscean Sun.
However, for many of you this transit has meant
extra responsibilities in attending to issues relating
to health and work, or possibly in working through
problems related to your co-workers. These exceptionally
mundane affairs will begin to become more manageable
and should clear up all together by the end of the
summer. In September 2007 transit Saturn will move
into the sign of Virgo for a 2-1/2 year stay. With
this placement of Saturn you Pisces natives must
become more aware of what is, and is not, working
in your relationships with others. Partners may
very well become more demanding of both your time
and energy. The key to resolving these issues will
be the clarification of mutual goals and realistic
appraisals on how to achieve them. During this forecast
year this will be especially those for you Pisceans
born between February 23rd and March 2nd.
Transit Jupiter in
Sagittarius has been forming a tense square aspect
with your natal Pisces Sun since November 2006.
Many additional career opportunities may currently
be on your plate and you must choose exactly which
one you want to pursue to avoid over-extending yourself.
Yet Jupiter is so powerful in Sagittarius that there
will be at least one exciting new chance for growth
and self-development for you this forecast year,
with the possibility of some travel being a nice
fringe benefit! In December 2007, transit Jupiter
will enter Capricorn creating a supportive sextile
aspect with your natal Sun. Jupiter in Capricorn
will be a time to be alert to benefits afforded
to you by some of your more well-established and
powerful friends. If you tackle your goals step-by-step,
you’ll get there!
As your forecast year
begins, transit Mercury will have just turned retrograde
in your home sign of Pisces on February 13th. Compromised
communications are a hallmark of this transit; watch
what you do and what you say and avoid any formal
commitments, particularly until February 26th when
Mercury will retrograde back into Aquarius. Things
will improve once transit Mercury turns direct in
that sign on March 7th.
Mid-March is a very
favorable period for you. First, Mercury will re-enter
your Sun sign on March 18th and remain there through
April 9th. This transit will give you an ability
to notice details you may have overlooked over the
last month. This is the time to consciously articulate
your life resolutions for your current birthday
year. Also, on March 17th, transit Venus in Taurus
will begin a helpful sextile aspect to your Sun,
enhancing your charisma through the way you communicate
with others. These favorable aspects last through
April 10th making this a productive time for you.
However, for the balance of April the transits will
take on a more challenging tenor.
This begins when Mars
enters your Sun sign of Pisces on April 6th. While
this can boost your energy level, if you are not
careful it can also make you easily irritated when
others are not moving as quickly and easily as you
are. This tendency will be especially emphasized
from April 11th through May 7th while Venus transits
the sign of Gemini. This placement indicates the
possibility of scattered focus if you have too many
projects going at once. Remember, too, that transit
Jupiter in Sagittarius (in square aspect with your
natal Sun) also turns retrograde on April 6th. The
dynamics of these planetary transits – which
form a powerful T-Square with your natal Sun in
the middle -- re-emphasize the need for you to slow
down and concentrate on what is essential, and to
balance the often conflicting demands of work and
home.
Some of this tension
is alleviated while transiting Venus is in the sign
of Cancer between May 8 and June 4th. During this
period you can begin to truly appreciate the approaching
warm weather and spend more quality time with your
children and pursing fulfilling hobbies. While you
may be able to enjoy this energy, there is still
a tendency for you to try to take on too much. Transit
Mercury in Gemini (between May 11th and May 28th)
creates another T-Square pattern involving your
Sun and transit Jupiter in Sagittarius. This configuration
can give you what is known as “the mutable
dilemma” -- which translates generally as
“too many interests, not enough time.”
So you must choose wisely!
In June the planetary
pattern once again swings toward finding what is
what is pleasurable in life, and younger people
may take on an added role in your life. Transit
Mercury is now in Cancer, forming a beautiful trine
aspect with your natal Sun between May 29th and
August 3rd. Even when Mercury goes retrograde on
June 15th it shouldn’t pose too much of a
problem for you, as transit Mars in the sign of
Taurus (between June 24 and August 6) enables you
to deal with whatever life brings your way in a
steady and consistent manner. Appreciating nature,
long walks, or gardening are all activities you
can enjoy with this planetary energy.
Mid-summer through
early fall marks one of the most difficult periods
in this forecast year. First, transit Venus will
enter Virgo on July 14th where it forms a stressful
opposition aspect with your natal Pisces Sun. With
this transit you may feel there are issues with
the quality of affection and appreciation you receive
from others. You may need to re-evaluate your relationships
and analyze how you and your partners are handling
your resources. Money issues are likely to take
on increased significance when transit Venus turns
retrograde in Virgo on July 27th. Try to clarify
and resolve your dissatisfaction before August 8th
when transit Venus retrogrades back into the sign
of Leo. This pressure will continue, especially
while transit Mars is in the sign of Gemini between
August 7th and September 27th. During this period
you simply must remember not to take any unnecessary
chances while driving! You will also need to restrain
yourself from spending more than you can afford.
During this period you are again dealing with the
influence of a powerful and extremely stressful
T-square pattern involving your natal Piscean Sun.
The way to cope with this pattern will be to slow
your pace and focus on one thing at a time.
Transit Mercury will
enter Virgo on August 19th, where it will stay through
September 4th. This transit once more indicates
the critical involvement of partners in the curve
balls life throws your way. Accept their constructive
criticism and disregard the rest, for a serious
time is now approaching in your life. On September
2nd, Saturn begins its 2-1/12 year transit of Virgo,
and the reality of how well you are navigating your
life path will become paramount. With this transit
you will need to cope with others in your life asking
you difficult questions about whether or not you
are being as efficient or effective as possible
in your affairs. Saturn is the Teacher of the zodiac,
and you will need to focus on your personal desires
and balance them with the needs of others, especially
if you perceive that your relationships are placing
additional burdens on your time and efforts.
This transit of Saturn
marks an undeniably stressful change in your life,
but by late September you will feel a shift toward
more positive ener¬gies. Beginning September
27 your natal Pisces Sun will be trined by transit
Mercury in Scorpio, and beginning September 28 by
transit Mars in Cancer. Together these two planets
form a beautiful Grand Trine con¬figuration
with your Sun, which is especially beneficial for
your educa¬tional progress and higher studies
of any type. Foreign travel can also be satisfying,
and vacation time now will do wonders to help you
relax from the stress of increased responsibilities.
Romance could also be in the air as transit Venus
joins Saturn in Virgo form October 8th through November
7th, and this could actually be one of the most
favorable peri¬ods of your entire forecast year!
Transit Mars will be
retrograde in Cancer for 2-1/2 months starting November
16th. While Mars is in trine aspect with your Sun,
during this period you may be able to benefit from
the misguided actions of others. If you have children
you are advised to pay special attention to what
they are doing and dissuade them from taking needless
risks in play or sport¬ing events. You should
also consider delaying any home improvement projects,
as complications could be costly.
Overall the mid- to
late-autumn period promise favorable involve¬ment
for you with another water Grand Trine forming with
the re-entry on Venus in Scorpio. This placement
aspects both your natal Pisces Sun and transit Mars
in Cancer. For you Pisceans, this can be an exception¬ally
creative transit – and it becomes an even
more potent Kite configu¬ration with Jupiter’s
ingress into Capricorn on December 18th! Then on
December 19th transit Mercury also enters Capricorn.
The focus of this energy lies in expressing your
talent in some practical or achievement oriented
manner. Activities within the context of groups,
community or professional organizations, or with
good friends will help with this expression of your
creativity. The peak of this period will last from
December 18th through December 29th so you will
be able to look forward to a happy and sociable
holiday season!
As you near the end
of your forecast year, once again a transiting T-Square
challenges the quiet patience of your Pisces Sun.
Beginning December 30th both Venus in Sagittarius
and Mars retrograde in Gemini will form difficult
square aspects with your natal Sun. You may need
to use extra self-restraint to curb an inner restlessness
and nervousness which can make the little practical
details of your life, especially on the homefront,
seem overwhelming. This stress will reach a peak
between January 18th and January 22nd as Venus conjuncts
Pluto in the final ‘criti¬cal’ degree
of Sagittarius – and both are in opposition
to Mars! Make sure any changes you make during this
period are not done in haste!!
Finally, on January
24th transit Venus will enter Capricorn. This is
quickly followed on January 26th by Pluto’s
long-awaited ingress into the sign of Capricorn.
These transits – especially the highly significant
change of signs for Pluto -- will favor productive
work and high achieve¬ment by you Pisceans.
As your forecast years ends both Jupiter and Pluto
will each be forming supportive sextile aspects
with your natal Sun. These transits, along with
Saturn in Virgo testing you along the way, will
almost demand that you join with others of a similar
interests and pas¬sions to manifest shared ideals.
While transit Jupiter in Capricorn will mark a happier
year in 2008, transit Pluto will be providing opportunities
for many years to come. As you celebrate your birthday
you can be assured that the worst is indeed behind
you, and by living up to your Saturn responsibilities,
you will have many years of favorable planetary
energy ahead!
